Andreas Nauen, born on July 2, 1964 in Krefeld is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of REpower Systems SE since July 1, 2010.
Nauen studied Mechanical Engineering in Duisburg and later on Business Administration at the Open University Hagen while working full time. In 1991 he started at Siemens, where he at first worked as project manager in the gas and steam turbine business. Afterwards he took over sales tasks for fossil power plants in India and was engaged in diverse Europe-wide sales activities since 1996. During that time he worked in London, Frankfurt and Erlangen until – from 2002 to 2004 – he took over responsibility for Strategy and Corporate Communication within the Power Generation business unit of Siemens. After Siemens had acquired the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Bonus Energy A/S in 2004 he built up the wind energy business of the group as CEO of Siemens Wind Power A/S.
As CEO of REpower Systems SE he is responsible for the Guidelines for Corporate Policy as well as for Corporate Strategy, Affairs of the Supervisory Board, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Communication and Public Relations, Human Resources as well as Health & Safety. In addition he is in charge of the Business Unit Offshore.

Derrick Noe, born on 29 December 1957, is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of REpower Systems SE since February 2010. The scholar in economic sciences is a US who has lived and worked in Germany for 25 years.
He started his career with Commerzbank AG, JP Morgan Chase and Schroeder Munchmeyer Hengst & Co, now UBS. Later he worked with Pfleiderer AG and Kloeckner & Co AG as CFO. At Droege & Comp. he took on the role of Senior Vice President and beyond that of interim CFO for portfolio companies. At last he was employed at Droege International AG as Senior Partner where he was involved in restructuring and in the acquisition for the company’s equity portfolio.
At REpower Systems SE Mr. Noe is responsible for the sector Finance. Beside Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Group and Subsidiary Controlling, Risk Management, Legal, Investor Relations and Project Financing he is responsible for Information Technology and Data Protection as well as for the area of Group Tax Optimization and Financial Governance.

Matthias Schubert was born in Duesseldorf on 26 January 1960 and is Chief Technology Officer of REpower Systems SE since April 2001. He grew up in Germany and Austria, studied in Bonn, Berlin and Ann Arbor (Michigan, USA) and finished his studies as a graduated engineer in the field of fluid dynamics and as Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) for Aerospace Engineering.
After his studies, he worked as a scientific employee of the Technical University of Berlin and as an expert of the Research Ministry in the field of wind power systems for grid independent applications. Since 1991 he worked for the company Atlantis as a manager of the division wind-/solar hybrid systems. Two years later, Mr. Schubert changed as a developmental engineer to the engineer's office aerodyn Energiesysteme GmbH of Rendsburg and was responsible for rotor blades, quality management and international projects. Since 1997 Schubert has been manager of the engineering company pro + pro Energiesysteme GmbH of Rendsburg that develops complete wind power systems and markets them as a licence product world-wide until its merger with REpower.
As CTO of REpower Systems SE, Mr. Schubert is responsible for the sector R&D and Service: He accounts for Product Development, the topics Technology and Innovations, the global After Sales organisation, all Technical Support functions (Sales and Project Support), Licenses and Intellectual Property as well as for Quality Assurance.

Gregor Gnädig, born on 5 January 1959 in Ettenheim, is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of REpower Systems SE since October 2010.
Mr Gnädig began his career in 1987 as an engineer in the United States after graduating in mechanical engineering at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany). From 1990 onwards, he worked in ABB’s power station division in the technical sales department and in product management. In 2000 he moved to Alstom, where one of his tasks was to build up and establish an international sourcing organisation for the industrial plant business. Most recently he was Vice President Project Execution at Alstom Power and as Managing Director responsible for the power station business in Great Britain and Ireland.
At REpower Systems SE Mr Gnädig is responsible for the optimization within the entire order-to-delivery cycle. This includes the areas of purchasing, production, materials administration and logistics as well as project management. Furthermore Mr Gnädig is in charge of the areas of Facility development / management as well as Corporate Process Organization and Quality Management. Furthermore Mr. Gnädig is in charge of Blade Manufacturing.
