Annual Document according to § 10 of the German Wertpapierprospektgesetz (Companies Act)

On 1st of July 2005 the law of publishing the so called “annual document” has been enacted. It is positioned in § 10 of the German Wertpapierprospektgesetz. It indicates that the respective issuer whose shares are accepted for trade at an organised market, once a year has to publish the annual document. This document should refer to all information published by the company in the past year according to capital market legislation.
